Abstract The present work aims to investigate the reservoir characterizations of Lower Cenomanian Baharyia Formation by creating isoparametic maps calculate petrophysical parameters and detect favorable parts for oil accumulations using available well logging data. is one main hydrocarbon sandstone reservoirs in northern Western Desert Egypt. About 90% field produces form Formation. This has been achieved through analyses conventional wireline logs modeling. comprises a complex depositional lithofacies such as interbedded siltstone, shale, sandstones pebbly sandstones. Petrophysical modeling was performed, based on interpretation complete from five wells Razzak field, north desert, analysis accomplished, as: shale volume, total effective porosities, water saturation saturation, were deduced utilized subdivision Relations between theses are established define implications Iso-parametric litho-saturation crossplots used delineate variations across area. obtained results reveal that, have good quality, with high porosity values exceeding 18%,volume about 30% low 25%. rock genetic types log curve shapes proved that deposited fluvial marine environments passing tidal flood plain conditions.
